The term of each package is 12 or 24 months.

If you opt for a 24-month security package, you will receive a 10% discount each month.

You will receive access to our MiToU portal when you book the security package. Here you can view the current processing status of your account around the clock.

You can therefore track the measures we take to ensure the security of your account in a completely transparent manner.

Communication with Amazon

In the case of a blocked ASIN, we support you by taking over the communication with Amazon Customer Service, Amazon Product Quality- and the Performance Department.

Thanks to our years of expertise, we know what matters when an important item is deactivated by Amazon. So you don’t have to do without your top sellers for long.

Individual plan of action

In the event of a suspension or an impending account block, we immediately initiate the necessary measures to reactivate your account.

Good and close cooperation with our customers as well as complete documentation of the processes form the basis for reactivating the seller account. In this way, we are optimally prepared to avoid further suspensions.
